Welcome to the PrestoSports/MBWA Player of the Week Award

PrestoSports is proud to sponsor the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Player of the Week Awards. The Award is presented each week to the top collegiate male and female basketball player in metropolitan New York City. Schools nominate their top student-athletes, and a panel of media select the winners.

There will be no more winners this year, as all eleven weeks of the program have been run. We wish all teams the best successes in the post-season.
